FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the retreat open to women?

Yes, it is! Even though season 1-2-3 contestants are all male, self-defense is as important a question for men as it is for women (if not even more)!

Rest assured that if you want to participate in the retreat, man, woman or anyone on the gender spectrum, everyone is welcome.

I don't want to do the Shank Tank. Is that a problem?

No, it's not! Shank Tank can be a very intense challenge and everyone who will participate in the retreat will get to choose either the intensity they will want to go at, or if they will want to try the challenge to begin with.

There will be plenty to learn besides doing the Shank Tank, from MMA training with Jeff Chan, to self-defense skills and theory. Many of the other challenges, will be much less intense than the Shank Tank too.
